Composition
Our leather is of European origin and made from ovine hide. It complies with the REACH regulation and carries the “Cuir Kaiser” designation. The leather edging is finished by a specialist workshop in Mazamet, France.

What are the production, dispatch and delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on whether the jewellery is in stock or needs to be made in our workshop.
For jewellery in stock, your order is prepared and handed over to the courier within 2 to 9 working days. This timeframe refers to the dispatch time, i.e. the time taken to prepare your order before it leaves our workshops.
For jewellery requiring production in our workshop, an additional lead time of 2 to 5 weeks may be required, depending on the design. This production time is in addition to the dispatch time.
Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method. With Colissimo, allow 48 hours, or 2 working days, for deliveries to mainland France and Monaco. For deliveries to French overseas territories, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 22 days, excluding customs clearance, depending on the service chosen and the destination. For international deliveries, the delivery time is 3 to 15 days, either as an estimate or guaranteed depending on the destination, excluding any customs clearance.
With Chronopost, the Chrono 13 home delivery service offers next-day delivery (D+1) before 1.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is also available as an option. For delivery to a Pickup collection point, the Chrono Relais 13 service ensures the parcel is available the next day (D+1) before 1.00 pm, Monday to Saturday, in mainland France.
The delivery times stated above are those provided by the couriers (La Poste/Colissimo and Chronopost) and may vary depending on the destination, delivery conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
For engraved jewellery, special orders or bespoke pieces requiring manufacture, please allow an additional 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the design. Once the jewellery has been made, it is dispatched and then handled by the carrier. The delivery time is therefore added to the manufacturing time and depends on the delivery method selected and the destination country.
It is important to distinguish between the dispatch time – which is the time taken to prepare and hand over the order to the carrier – and the delivery time, which is the time taken for the parcel to reach the recipient.
