Secure payment

The price is payable in Euros at the registered office of G2M, by credit card at the time of order confirmation for products ordered from the website https://www.marc-deloche.com, or by bank transfer for any order of specific products subject to a prior quotation.

No early payment discount will be granted by G2M.

Payment, within the meaning of this article, is defined as the effective transfer of funds to G2M.

When payment is made by credit card, the transaction is immediately charged to the Customer's credit card after verification of the card details, upon receipt of the debit authorisation from the card-issuing company used by the Customer.

In accordance with legal provisions, the commitment to pay by means of a payment card is irrevocable. By providing their credit card details, the Customer authorises G2M to charge their credit card for the total amount including all applicable taxes and fees.

To this end, the Customer confirms that they are the holder of the credit card to be charged and that the name appearing on the card is indeed their own. The Customer provides the sixteen digits and expiry date of their card, as well as the visual cryptogram number where applicable.

In the event that the charge of the total price including all taxes and delivery fees cannot be processed, the online sale shall be automatically null and void and the order shall be cancelled.
