A question?

You have received your order, but the size or model does not suit you? You have a period of 30 days after receiving your package to submit an exchange request.

First, write to vente@marc-deloche.com specifying:
– your order reference;
– the first and last name of the person who placed the order;
– the nature of your exchange (size or model).

We will send you the detailed return procedure.

For any return, it is important to have kept the trial tag attached to the jewel. In the absence of this tag, any exchange may be refused.
As part of your order, you benefit from one free exchange, excluding engraved jewellery and special orders.
