Since engraved pieces of jewellery are considered to be personalised items they will not be exchanged or taken back.
For rings we encourage you to check the size of your finger, and for bangles the size of your wrist before engraving. You may use our size guides or come to the jewellery shop to know your measurements.
We can also send you a test piece, one that is without any markings, before engraving. To do this, please state in the comments on the order that you would like to receive a test piece.
After engraving, if the size of the piece of jewellery is not the right one, we may, on a case-by-case basis, be able to adjust the size of item. Please contact us by mail at vente@marc- deloche.com stating the order number.
Engraved jewellery is ready in 2 to 3 weeks.
