For “numéro 3”, his third jewelry collection, Marc Deloche invents new shapes that just beg to be touched and worn.

Seventeen radiant jewels warm the skin like never-ending summer.
“The dazzling light and bold colors of the Greek islands informed this collection,” Deloche explains. “I wanted to render a state of mind, the languor that one feels when one gazes upon that country’s landscape, but without being literal or figurative.” An architect by training, Deloche’s signature comes through in the design of this third collection, yet he also focused closely on the ergonomics of his styles.
“Whether these pieces are an extension of oneself or seem to melt into the skin, my wish was that they become one with the body of woman who wears them,” he notes. In that spirit Helios, Circe, Persephone and Echo become a part of Deloche’s mythology.

Helios

The divine star captured and recast on a radiant ribbon of yellow gold. An ode to the Sun God, this choker is designed like an inversed torque. It closes in front. At either of its two extremities are two discs, one in gold and the other in Tiger Eye. This double play continues on a statement signet ring with a secret feature. A rotating setting gives the ring two heads: on one side is a golden circle, while the golden rays of the precious stone glint on the other.

Circé

Like Greek goddess of magic who transformed people at will, the Circe link lends itself to multiple forms. Oblong and asymmetrical, sensual and structured, Circe becomes a sautoir in two colors of gold with a neo- Seventies link that jangles in the décolleté. A one-of-a-kind piece, it transforms into a ring with a harmonious blend of three golds. Finally, Circe makes a double play as long, four-tier pendant earrings, and on a pair Spartan dormeuses.

Perséphone

The daughter of Zeus, who was forced by her uncle Hades to reign over Hell for four months of the year and to live on Earth the other eight, inspired a pair of hoop earrings that seem plucked right out of the Kingdom of the Night. These two golden circles are set with a half-moon in lapis lazuli and radiant gold, a prelude to Persephone’s return to the world of light. A dazzling cuff in yellow gold, turquoise and diamonds looks like a recomposed portion of the sky. And an XXL pendant in yellow and white gold set with the lagoon-hued stone entices the onlooker to dive right in.

Écho

This nymph never again spoke first, but she would always have the last word. Composed of a cuff, a pair of earrings and a ring in yellow gold with black lacquer, the Echo suite is an expression of the spectacular cube: negative space leaves room for whispers and air. In a cylindrical version, Persephone appears in long, brushed tubes that are spliced down the middle, in yellow and white gold with a sprinkling of diamonds for earrings and statement rings.
